close the remaining quantity in jd edwards

Hello ,
can anyone tell me how i can close the remaingg quantity for purchase order 

for exemple :
i have a purchase order 
Quantity ordred : 20 pc
Quanty received : 5 pc


quantity To receive : 15 pc

i want to close the quantity To receive (in my exemple 15 pc). how can i do that  without using the 9 option (cancelling the order line)
