Adding Dependent via BSS Gives Warning: Your changes have been saved however there are further...
Good Morning!
When adding employees add a dependent via BSS they are given the following warning:
Your changes have been saved HOWEVER further actions are required. This is for the Long Term Disability plan that is 100% employer paid. No different than the EAP which works fine. I feel like there is some setup missing in our plan but no idea what it may be as this works great any other time. Only an issue when adding a dependent during Open Enrollment via BSS.
Any suggestion is appreciated.
