How to charge customers through Depot Repair

Hello All

We are planning to use the Depot Repair Module for Repair Process. What I want to understand is - How do we charge the customers through this Module

Whenever we create any Service Order - it creates 2 Logistics Lines - 1 for Repair and 1 for Shipment. Now since the item is same on both the lines, same price is derived on both the lines. Thus, the summation of Positive Amount (Ship Line) and Negative Amount (Return Line) becomes Zero.

So, How do we charge them if we charge a flat fee for any repair work ?
