How to estimate SGA for plug-in to CDB?

HI all,

Anybody has insights on how to estimate the SGA for CDB?
We have a 11G database with SGA_TARGET/SGA_MAX_SIZE =64G to be plugged-in as a PDB to 19c database. How should we estimate the SGA for the CDB?

If it is a 19c/12c db  to be plugged in to CDB, is it follow the same method of estimation?

somebody told me it is something like +20% ? somebody told me -30%. somebody said has to redo the SGA_MIN_SIZE from scratch. Any ideas?
