Saved goals not able to be retrieved

in Human Capital Management - EBS (MOSC) 1 commentAnswered
Our staff have corporate goals assigned via a goal plan by HR and then add their own individual goals. Several staff have reported that they have added individual goals and saved, exited the application with the intention of reviewing the goals before submitting to their manager for approval but when they go back to view the goals they created they are not able to be retrieved.

The only option is for staff to re-enter goals which is obviously very frustrating.

Has anyone seen this behaviour before and if so how was it resolved.
