In Data Management Uploading Cumulative periods from GL to One month for different fiscal calendar

we have Jan-Dec calendar in GL and Apr-Mar calendar in target application, Inside Data Management(Not in GL or FCCS) Do we have a chance to calculate or filter/mapping tricks in order to uploading cumulative periods from GL and load into One month YTD (e.g Jan-Feb-Mar-Apr sum of all periods up to current into the Apr YTD)?
