Same SCAN for 2 different RAC Clusters

Is it possible to configure 2 individual RAC clusters (1 has Prod Primary database, other has Standby database - replicated with Dataguard) to have the same SCAN address? We have an application in which the SCAN to Prod Primary is hardcoded.. it's not possible to configure JDBC for failover on the apps side. I know CMAN can be confifured but just wondering if there is anything that can be configured at the SCAN level for the event of Failover/switchover
