Cost Balancing Workcenter - Alert Definitions

I am in the process of creating a troubleshooting guide to assist our field users with resolving issues in the different alert sections of the Cost Balancing Workcenter, but I am unable to locate any documentation related to the alert definitions. My IT department is unfortunately not able to provide me with the information that I am seeking.

Does Oracle have any documentation related to the alert section of the Cost Balancing Workcenter, especially the parameters that cause lines to populate in each alert?
