intermittent frm 92101 error in production only after 12.2 upgrade

Experts,

We are experiencing intermittent frm 92101 error in production only after upgrade from 12.1.3 to 12.2.6. The workaround is to switch to socket mode. However, we have deployed JWS and it doesn't support socket mode. Any help is greatly appreciated. We are in crisis mode.
