HOW TO SYNC THE TABLE CREATED IN DATABASE WITH SIEBEL REPOSITORY

Hi,
We had a data block corruption issue in our Oracle Database.
The problem was with the table S_WFA_INSTANCE.
We were not able to recover the table and as suggested by Oracle, we have created a new table for S_WFA_INSTANCE and dropped the existing one.
We have taken the backup of the indexes and have recreated in the new table.
When we check in Siebel Production Server tools, we are not able to see this table.

Please let us know will we be able to create the table in Siebel Tools and if we run the ddl sync it will be ok?
