Preventing Duplicate Customer Creation using DQM

in Receivables - EBS (MOSC) Question
Using the DQM functionality in the Customer Creation I get a number of potential duplicates presented and the option to select one or continue with the one I am creating.
How do I prevent a user from continuing with the one they are entering when the match percentage = 100%?
