Prompt lookup spinning on Fluid page

Hello,

We have a custom fluid page with Grid . The prompt field in the grid allows to choose the lookup value however once the value is selected from the lookup search page  and returns to the main field it is just spinning  attached here is the screenshot. could you please help us to resolve the issue.
