Problem with ActiveX for non-admin users TR 9.2.2.8

Hi Community,
We are on migrating phase from TR 9.1.5.5 to TR 9.2.2.8, the media object and text attachment, export/Import are working fine in the actual TR 9.1.5.5.
Our actual JAS servers are running under Windows 2012 64bit. We have no problem in our actual TR, every thing is fine.
The problems start with the new TR 9.2.2.8, we can't use Microsoft Edge, neither Google Chrome, the only browser can be used right now is IE and this due some internal constraint.
We have planning to replace IE by others browser in the future, after migration and system stabilization.
Actually with the new TR 9.2.2.8 the attachment, text, import, export not functional, we have followed the OCX installation offered by Oracle for non-admin users.
