AR Invoice in English and Arabic font

We have requirement to develop a report which can be displayed in English and Arabic font simultaneously in same report. it is required as per TAX authority in KSA. we developed the report and able to generate the output in both languages. but there is one field in AR lines where user are entering manually that field is not converted in Arabic. rest all field which coming from master or fixed in report are translated correctly. 
Please assist.
