Has anyone had new feature for APEX 20.2 "Embedded Code Utility" fail to open, error ORA-06502

in Oracle Application Express (MOSC) 1 commentAnswered
I'm not able to open this new utility in the Application Builder for Oracle APEX v20.2; "Embedded Code Utility" opens a page showing "error ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character to number conversion error" return to application.  Please advise.
