Where to get migrate tool that is older than Primavera 18.2

I am in the process of migrating a Primavera 8.2 database to Primavera 18, but am needing the migration tool for this. I believe I need Migrate.bat for Primavera version 15, before I can migrate to 18, but do not know where to get this from. Edelivery.oracle.com only has 16.X, so I don't know where to get it. Can someone point me in the right direction, or is there anyway that I can migrate this database?
