Problems canceling a Multibuy promotion?

Hi. Anybody has faced an issue with the cancelation of a Mulitbuy Promotion in ORPOS?

We are seeing a 'unique constraint (BODATA.TR_ITM_MXMH_PRDV_PK) violated' error when the cancelation of the promotion is coming in the pricingextract.xml file. Havent found if this is a known issue from ORPOS or RPM on versions we are running (ORPOS v14.0.2 and RPM v14.0.2)
