Does Oracle have any function like SAP's ATP check for work order component allocation.

Current, our supply chain change the component in discrete job manually and cause a lot of effort to users. We are wondering if Oracle has a function like SAP ATP check, to check and allocate the supply for work order and update the component automatically by ERP system.
