Planned order for main component and substitute component by predefined percentage

in Value Chain Planning - EBS (MOSC) Question
Can ASCP create planned order by predefined percentage between main component and substitute component?  For example, I would like to buy 70% main component and 30%  substitute component for each time my existing supply is not enough. If my demand is 100 and there is no existed supply, can ASCP create two planned orders for me which the 1st planned order for main component is 70 pcs and the 2nd planned order for substitute componet is 30 pcs.
