unable to build working composite in Jdeveloper exported from EM

Hello,
I am trying to make some changes in the .xsl file of a working composite in Jdeveloper.
When I build, it gives me namespace and duplicates ID related errors.
I have ensured that mappings and references are correct, still no luck.

• Error: oracle.xml.parser.schema.XSDException: Duplicated definition for: 'Id' [Cause=Duplicated definition for: 'Id']

• Error: Message part "payload" is undefined [element = {http://siebel.com/OrderManagement/Order/Data}ListOfSWIOrderIO

• Error: Message part "ProcessFulfillmentOrderABM" is undefined [element = {http://siebel.com/OrderManagement/Order/Data}ListOfSWIOrderIO

Then we have a lot of errors from .bpel composite;

• Error(98): XML element "{http://schemas.oracle.com/service/bpel/common}parameters
