SBL-UIF-00335 and SBL-UIF-00391 error while logging into Application

Hi,
Recently, we are facing the issue like when we try to login, we are getting the below mentioned error.
Encountered an error.

We are unable to process your request. This is most likely because you used the browser BACK or REFRESH button to get to this point.(SBL-UIF-00335)

and when we try to refresh we are getting the below error.

Encountered an error.

The type of user agent is not defined or user agent is not initialized.(SBL-UIF-00391)

We have not done any changes to our environment and this error appears all of a sudden.
Our application was in Siebel IP2014.
