Why Doesn't the Inquire>View Document Show the Latest Attachment Information on the PO PDF?

In EBS Purchasing Module R12 , facing issue related to Lon / short text in PO Header Attachment is not get reflected on PO PDF if we update text.
We need to run "PO Output for Communication" manually every time.
How we can solve this?
