Is it possible to move projects from one BU tree to a different BU tree?

Is it possible to move a project on the tree from one BU to a different BU without SQLing the business unit on the projects themselves?  I am able to delete from the tree but I cannot add to the "new" BU tree because the project itself doesn't exist in that BU.
