On X5-2 (an on X8-2HA), what is the max RECO volume size (High Redundancy)?

My shop has two X5-2's at ODA 18.7 provisioned with High Redundancy and /cloudfs of 500GB as well as RECO volumes in the RECO disk group.

Our online RMAN backup files (FRA) grew so the RECO volume grew to 3.4T, and now in ASM1, USABLE_FILE_MB in V$ASM_DISKGROUP is negative.

I have had a SEV 3 SR on this question open for 6 days but have had no response.

Should/Can I repair the problem of negative USABLE_FILE_MB by resizing the RECO volume?  We have reduced RMAN online retention so each /u03 partition is about 50% full.
