Hyperion EPM 11.1.2.4 installation and data migration

WE have been trying to migrate EPM 11.1.2.4 to windows 2019 from 2012. We have successfully installed product on new server and able to access console and all. Can i anyone please guide me how to do staging if required and migrate data from old system to new one
