Selected Org in requisition is not Translating into PO Shipments Tab in iProc. - 12.2.7 Version

in EBS Customizations (MOSC) Question
When users create a new one time address in iProcurement after choosing different organization (not the default Org) in REQ and when it gets converted into PO, we see the org in the shipments of PO defaulted to 'V01' - Validating org instead of selected org. Please suggest me with the possible inputs.
