Changing field value causes other fields to clear out

Greetings all,

I am wondering if any faced a similar issue in Primavera Unifier.
I have some records that have editable fields. "Sometimes" when I try to change a value of one field, other fields of the same record clear out (although there are no evident dependencies between those fields). The weird thing is that it doesn't happen to all records, only for random ones.

Please let me know if you have any suggestion or idea about this.
