TR 9.2.5.3 - when doing checkout to a BSFN the source64 and include64 folders are deleted

Hi Community.
I understand that on TR 9,2,5,3 the physical files are stored on the database but would like to know if this is normal. On JDE 64 bits, when I do checkout to a BSFN my source64 and include64 folders are deleted and the checkout copy the checkout BSFN on new source6464  and include6464 folders (folder names end with 6464).
Have this happened to anyone?
