How do I upgrade Microsoft Windows x86-32bit client installation to DSTv36?

I can only find a Microsoft Windows x86-64bit version of this patch.
That installs fine on the dbhome of the server (64bit) but as expected fails when trying to apply it for the 32bit client installation:
  The details are:
  Patch ( 32327201 ) is not applicable on current platform.
  Platform ID needed is : 91: 
  Platform IDs supported by patch are: 233

Oracle recommends to keep server and client DST versions the same, so how am I upgrading my client installation then?
