Health and Safety module - Set ID for new values

We're starting to look into the immunization and testing tracking feature that was released as bug 33161546. We have not done any prior Health and Safety module setup.

My question is, when setting up new values for the various pieces of the Health and Safety module like Accident Types or Manufacturers, I'm not clear as to which Set ID I should be using.... what are the delivered "STD" and "USA" Set IDs?  We use Payroll for North America.
