FDMEE service shutting down in few seconds

I have installed 11.2.6 on a distributed environment. Below are the details

Server 1 - Foundation/Weblogic/Reporting
Server 2- HFM 
Server 3- HFM
Server 4- FDMEE

Server 2 & 3 form our HFM cluster.

The installation, rcu repository creation and configuration completed smoothly. Now when I am starting the Hyperion services, FDMEE service is stopping immediately. Rest of the components are up and working as expected.
