Absence types setup for Manager not appearing in MSS Absence request

Hi,
We are in HCM 9.2 PUM 35. We have setup some Absence types that can be used by Manager, for their direct reports while processing the "Request Absence" in Manager Self-Service. It used to work fine in Classic, and after moving into Fluid, the drop down is not pulling those Absence types set as "Manager" only. If we setup the same absence type as "Manager and employee", then that value appears in drop-down.
Can anyone suggest what we are missing? We do not want some absence types to be selected by Employee. It should be available only under Manager.
