Fix: Submitting a Ledger Report for Multiple Investments

Attached are the files needed to fix the issue with submitting a Ledger report for multiple Investments.  Please unzip and place all of the files in the ombexportutility\iisroot\mapping folder.  A fix for the remaining reports will be published tomorrow morning.

The tag "ledgerReportRecord" was added to the "Ledgers_Base_Mapping.xml" file, you can either add this tag to your customized map file (reach out to courtney.corwin@oracle.com if you need assistance with this) or update this new file with your customized category mapping logic.  

Currently, IT Collect is not allowing updates to the Ledger reports and IT Collect is not allowing users to pull the reports you would need to identify the Ledger records that need to be reassigned.  To account for this, please run a Service Validation for those Investments where a batch Ledger report was submitted.  Once the processing is complete, review the file "Services_INVXXXX_output_from_omb" for each Investment from the ombexportutility\iisroot\output folder.  This will tell you what Ledger reports have been posted to which Investments.  Identify the ones that were submitted incorrectly and once IT Collect allows updates, I will walk you
