Where do I download a secure copy of a Linux package glibc-profile-2.3.4-2.43(x86_64)?

I am trying to install Oracle OEM 13.4c in a Oracle Linux server version 7.9, and on the requirements we have to have glibc-profile-2.3.4-2.43(x86_64)

I searched via google.com, and found some places, but DO NOT seem to be secure websites.  

Anyone know where, perhaps in an oracle website I can get this from?
