E1 Procurement Rebates in Advanced Pricing - Can Amount Level Breaks be used?

I am setting up a procurement rebate adjustment that uses an amount level break against the line level adjustment. Does E1 allow for amount level breaks?

I receive an error when adding the adjustment detail indicating that a field in the grid does not allow blanks. The field is hidden from viewing even when all columns are displayed. The Threshold UM field disappears when I change from quantity to amount level break.
