Oracle Content Management: Sites- How to remove padding/spacing on a component for mobile devices?

Hi, sorry if this isn't the right place to post this question, but I wasn't sure where to ask it. I have a very basic site I am trying to create using OCM's site-building capabilities. The site page has two components: an image and a video. On desktop, the components look too big, so I added 12% spacing both right and left of both components. The size on desktop view is good, but I don't want to add any spacing/padding on mobile because it makes the components look too small on mobile. I've tried using both px and vw values for spacing and they all have the same result. Is there a way to have it so there is no
