Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How to re-apply a patch with FORCE COPY (to replace the newer version file) using adop?

I'm using adop for re-apply a patch in my 12.2.10 environment as suggested in Oracle Doc Id- 2747988.1 (customer business needs), via below command.

adop phase=apply patches=25634573 options=forceapply,nocheckfile

Patch applied successfully but it didn't replace current higher version in system with the lower version of file in the Patch.

Is there any way/options to FORCE COPY the lower version of file in the patch using adop?
