SSL in workflow mailer outbound emails

in Install, Upgrade, Clone, Patch - EBS (MOSC) Question
Hi All,

We are on R12.2.5

We are unable to send emails from workflow mailer.Recently our smtp vendor changed.
Earlier we are using relay-gmail.smtp.com on port 25
But our new vendor provided a cert1.pem file along with smtp relay.ov.in on port 465.

We are able to send email via server telnet or using openssl.

Need your guidance in configuring the application.Do we need to perform any os level setups for workflow mailer to use SSL/TLS?

OR

We can just configure the details in workflow OAM page?

Please advice.
