How to segregate customer header infos among different operating units

Hi All,
we are going to run two different companies in the same Oracle EBS instance.
We need to have customer data, and also suppliers' ones, completely segregated between the two companies. Each company has not to be able to see data of the other.
I know that header info are shared as a default among all OUs.
Is there a way to avoid this sharing?
