Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hello Oracle gurus,is there any kind of performance benefit or degradation if enabling the file mapping of ASM files using the DBMS_STORAGE_MAP package and FILE_MAPPING system parameter?
