RTE Event not working ??

I just installed RTE 9.2.5.1 for JDE 9.2 successfully.
 
But we have issues in event :

RTE Logs show --

failed to connect to event service: Connection closed, EOF detected java.io.IOException: Connection closed, EOF detected

[SEVERE][EVENTPROCESSOR]failed to unmarshal event client XML request: org.xml.sax.SAXParseException; Premature end of file. com.peoplesoft.pt.e1.common.events.clientsvc.internal.XmlMarshalException: org.xml.sax.SAXParseException; Premature end of file
