How do we disable a LOT number from any future transactions

Hi:

Is there any way to restrict a LOT number from being used in any future transaction? There is no on hand quantity in this particular LOT. QA Team wants to prevent the users from picking up this LOT in any future Receipts ( PO, MIsc Adjustment, WIP Assy Completion or WIP Negative Issue). I tried Disabling the LOT - Its only restricting PO receipt.
