Getting Error when trying to Launch form

I am getting the below error for Projects spreadsheet Expenditure entry Error when trying to launch expenditure entry in web ADI form
I have followed the metalink note WebADI Error: PA:PAXTTRXB is an invalid Integrator Key ( Doc ID 1399905.1 ) and Expenditure Entry Using Microsoft Excel menu is attached to Project super user Responsibility

1.PA:PAXTTRXB is an invalid Integrator Key.
2.The Integrator parameter has multiple options. Please select this setting to proceed further.
3.The Layout parameter has multiple options. Please select this setting to proceed further.
4.The Viewer parameter has multiple options. Please select this setting to proceed further.
5.The Content parameter has multiple options. Please select this setting to proceed further.
