Are there specific ESS jobs which need to run for SCIM API to have latest entitlements?

I want to confirm if there are specific ESS jobs which should be run from a timing perspective between the point which new entitlements are added into the Security Console directly or via SCIM API for those entitlements to the be pulled from SCIM API calls that will retrieve the access out of the system.
