Is Oracle JAVA JDK SE is part of the Oracle OEM license

We have purchased an OEM license to monitor our database servers, inside of those servers we have installed java JDK SE, is JDK SE is also covered under the OEM license? or do we need to purchase it separately for JDK SE?
