Oracle AQ - how to move back a message from exception queue

My queue implementation is quite easy.  A queue from database A send to database B messages and there every a few minutes messages are dequeued using plsql procedure into table .
Due to some "human error" database B stopped dequeuing new messages so after default 900 seconds messages went to exception queue.

I of course started dequeueing again but now I need to move all messages back to normal queue from exception queue .
How to do it ?
