Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. SBC sends out ARP using physical mac instead of virtual mac

Hi,

Customer complains that after failover, they are observing one way audio.

PCAP shared shows that the new active SBC (after failover) is sending out ARP using its physical mac, instead of virtual mac.

The endpoint continues to send RTP to the virtual mac. Is there a config that needs to be changed to fix this issue?
