HCM 9.2 Time and Labor - Salaried employees with no leave usage
We're currently working on implementing Time and Labor in PeopleSoft HCM 9.2. We're not going to be using Absence Management. We'd like to set up salaried employees as exception time reporters and only have them report leave usage (vacation, sick). The problem is we're not sure how we'll know if the employee didn't use any leave during the reporting period or if they just neglected to submit their leave usage. I would be interested to learn how others are dealing with this situation. Thanks in advance for your help!
