How do you enable the Print button on the ACA View Employee Archive Data screen?

We're in the process of upgrading to Oracle EBS 12.2.8 and testing out Oracle's out-of-the-box ACA solution.  I'm attempting to print a single 1095C form using the Total Compensation > Affordable Care Act > View Employee Archive Data screen.  After querying the employee, the form data displays correctly on the screen, but literally nothing happens when I click the Print button on that screen.  There's no pop-up message, there's no error message displayed in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen, etc.  I wondered if anyone had encountered this issue before and if there are any known issues or setup steps for being able to print a single 1095C form from that screen.  Thanks.
