Any Event could catch for the PPM schedule change

Dear All,
           We plan to have a SDK to integrate PPM with external system. But we could not find any information in SDK about how to grap the event when program or task have schedule change like  new task, deleted task or schedule change for existed tasks. Is there anyone have this experience?
